- Flat Rate shipping is $12.00
- Express Shipping via Australia Post $15.00
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.
NOTE: FREE SHIPPING OFFERS ARE FOR STANDARD SHIPPING ONLY, even if the store allows you to select Express.
New Zealand
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping $16.00
- Flat Rate Express Shipping $19.00

When will you dispatch my order?
- Express Post orders made before 12 noon will ship the same business day they are placed.
- All Express orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday and over the weekend will ship on a Monday.
- Standard orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.
- If your order has a specific timeframe, please let us know in the notes of your order or email hello@fredrickthefox.com.au before ordering to confirm we can meet your timeline.
- During sale events & peak periods there MAY be an extra day’s delay
When will my order arrive?
- We use Australia Post to ship all orders. Tracking numbers will be provided.
- Regular post typically takes 2-6 days within Australia and 4-7 days to New Zealand.
- Express post typically takes 1-3 days within Australia and 2-5 days to New Zealand.
- Delivery timeframes can differ at peak times of the year - check with your local Australia Post if concerned.

- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
